Super Romeo Uses His Powers for Good

So Snap informed us a couple of days ago that the wedding was off. He just couldn’t marry C anymore.

Snap: First of all, she thinks I’m only supposed to play with her if we’re married but I have other friends to play with too. That’s not fair. And second of all, she gets in trouble too much.

We’ve been having some discussions around the dinner table here about choosing friends wisely. We explained that we want the peapod squad to be kind to everyone but that they should choose their close friends carefully and probably not from the pool of kids that constantly get in trouble at school.

So yesterday morning, C is spotted getting out of the car right in front of us in drop-off line. Snap quickly points her out to me and comments on how cute she looks (she does, by the way…the kid has great taste). He starts talking to her the second our van door slides open. I don’t remember telling Split and Sweet goodbye as they unbuckled, because I was busy listening to the sidewalk chat Snap and C were having.

Snap: Hey C. Now remember what we talked about. You have to be very good at school today. Make good choices, OK? That’s the only way I can marry you.

C: Okay, Snap. I’m going to try my best.

Snap: That’s all I ask.

And C walked in with my crew…promising to win back her man with her good behavior.

When I picked them up yesterday afternoon, Snap told me that C didn’t get in trouble all day. His charms must be working.
