The very day after an appointment with the ENT (during which all four of the boy peapods’ ears were determined to be clear), this is Split Pea. Note the tears, the flushed cheeks, the hands under his ear. Not good signs.
Yep. Sick again. With yet another ear infection. In one of those sweet ears that were “clear” the day before. Fever. Pain. Helpless Mommy. As nervous as I am about the fast-approaching surgery day for my squad (tonsils and adenoids out/tubes in), I cannot wait to have some relief from this constant strep and ear infection roller coaster ride from Hades.
Dear germs, we’ve had enough. Enough, I tell you. Your days of hanging out in my kids’ throats and ears are numbered. Ciao.
