Welcome! I'm so glad you dropped by! Make yourself at HOME. If this is your first visit, you may want to SUBSCRIBE to Peapod Squad Stuff so you don't miss any of the fun. Thanks! Y'all come back now, you hear?

I hate being a quitter, so it has bugged me to no end that I didn’t keep up with BD365. I was off to such a fantastic start with my stunning photography skills (I really have none but can do some fierce editing with Picnik…LOVE IT). See? Is this not completely gorgeous?

And there could have been more great shots where this came from. But…my camera got sick. I ordered a replacement part online. It took FOREVER to arrive from…wait for it…Latvia. Then I realized it came with no instructions. I sat down with a bright light and a tiny screwdriver, determined to figure it out. Hubby told me I was nuts and that I needed to take it to the camera shop downtown…the expensive camera shop downtown. I’ve heard. And I don’t have extra moola for camera repairs right now.

I waited ’til hubby and kidlets were out of the house and sat down with aforementioned bright light and tiny screwdriver. I disassembled my camera. No, I don’t mean I took the battery cover off. I DISASSEMBLED my camera. Small pieces parts all over my kitchen table. Then I replaced the broken part and put it all back together. Oh how I wish I could have taken pictures of the gory details. It was EXHILARATING! Seriously, I got such a charge from the pounding of my heart as I looked at that pile of camera parts and realized it was then up to me to reassemble my clicky baby. And the TOTAL rush from turning her back on and taking the first test shot. Success! Oh yeah! I’m so good!

Game back on. I will take pictures every day again. Get ready!
