Individual attention is an issue for as long as you are fortunate enough to enjoy having your multiples at home with you. My twin sons will be SEVENTEEN next month and we are still having the familiar "birthday party discussion" that comes up every year. One twin is exceptionally out-going and has a million friends. The other is shy and still relies on his brother for socialization. Thus, birthday parties are such a conundrum that I banned them years ago. All you can do, I guess, is try to strike a balance as best you can and just let them be "themselves"-- an individual who is also a part of a special group.
