Snap wanted to "dwess like Mawy" today (that's Mary…as in the Holy Mum). I tried several things trying to satisfy his notion of how Mary looked before we settled on this pink blanket tied around his head a certain way (this was also a trial and error thing). Very cute. He walked around saying he was "Mawy" for the longest time. Then he decided he needed a Baby Jesus to complete the look. Sweet Pea, however, was not at all interested in sharing one of her beloved babies with him. Split quickly grabbed a stuffed animal and gave it to his brother. Snap, looking ever-so-perplexed by the unorthodox substitution, told him thanks and held the animal tenderly. Split, maybe sensing his brother's dissatisfaction, went over to him and said, "It not Baby Jesus, but it Bunny Jesus. See that?"
And so, without further ado, I give you…Mawy and Bunny Jesus.

I love that when you write what they say, I can totally hear them in my head!! You did a good job at making him look like “Mawy”, guess he really knew what he was going for! And Bunny Jesus rocks!
